Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with 3000 sq. ft. of living space. A real home from home feel. Tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. Newly fitted kitchen. Two separate living and eating areas. One living area has 40″ TV, fire stick , another tv with firestick (with 100 of channels) in the master bedroom. Also equipt with a quiet living area to just sit and relax and enjoy the chilled pace of life in Florida.The whole villa has highspeed Wifi and wired connection is available. You will love the villa and the location. The beach is 10 minutes away and shops and supermarkets are 3 minuets away. Multiple golf courses in the circle, one is a 20-second walk from the villa. Also, the private Rotonda circle park with tennis courts is a 3 minutes cycle from the house with 4 bikes in the garage… Fishing is available at the villa from the jeti. The master and double room both have direct access to the pool area. The beautifully appointed south-facing solar heated pool overlooks a freshwater canal with your very own fishing dock. Rotonda circle is wildlife reserve filled with large birds, bobcats, boars and alligators. The main things you see when you stay are the birds and the occasional alligator or turtle in the canal. Air conditioning and central heating with the added benefit of ceiling fans. The pool faces south.
