WELCOME to Beach Happy! A Gulf Crest Condominium. Located on the East end of PCB. Our building is perfectly located and well-maintained. It’s recently renovated and very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly and will make you feel right at home. The building has 2 pools, (1 is heated) and 2 hot tubs.This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan.Comfortable, functional and beautifully decorated inside and out.A large fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig and all other appliances just like home. As well as smart TV’s and wireless internet.Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bedand built-in twin bunk beds plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, large walk in closet, double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest room has its own private bathroom.Unit includes beach set-up with umbrella (Mar.-Oct.) as well as additional beach chairs & toys in the unit.Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.Relax and enjoy BEAUTIFUL sunsets!
