There are plenty of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler and a cart to bring everything to the beach, plus .8 adult bikes with helmets, boogies boards, sand toys, and fishing poles all in the two car garage.. There is a brand new sleeper sofa/hide-a-bed with extra thick 8″ mattress, love seat (April, 2023) in the living room. Also a new heating/AC system, 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room and 45 inch flat screen TVs in the bedrooms that face the Gulf of Mexico. New washer/dryer, hot water heater .and refrigerator in the cabana. The entire townhome was painted inside and outside and deep cleaned (April, 2023). The windows/sliding doors were replaced with high impact hurricane glass also in April, 2023. All of the appliances in the kitchen and Kuerig and regular coffee makers are in the completely furnished kitchen..The pool faces the Gulf of Mexico and there is the pool patio, plus an additional patio between the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The down stairs cabana is furnished and includes a refrigerator. A full two car garage is a nice added feature.We welcome your pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $300. There are no restrictions on weight or number of dogs. There is a fee for more than one dog.
