Only .4 miles away from Shipwreck Island Water Park and next door to PCB’s public pier, which is great for fishing or watching sunsets on. The famous Pier Park shopping mall is only a quick drive west, and has everything from shopping, to movies and great food! On the beachside, there are beach chairs and water activities for rentals throughout most of the year.THINGS TO KNOWWhile the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.During Spring Break, we rent to ‘Families’ or ‘ALL’ occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31.
