There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating that is great for relaxing after a day on the beach. The laundry room and a half bathroom is also located on the first floor for convenience.The second floor is where the heart of the home is, the grand kitchen. The kitchen space of this home is a chef’s dream featuring stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range. There is a wet bar with a separate beverage refrigerator and ample storage space. The dining space is positioned to see outstanding sunrises and sunsets while enjoying your favorite meal.
