Ground floor accommodations allow you to step right out onto your private gulf front patio where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful gulf views. Take the walkway out to the beach just yards from your door. Enjoy the conveniently located condo complex pool when not on the beach. We often see dolphins swimming along the gulf while we sit having breakfast on the patio! NEW: Your reservation now includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning from March – October!!The Area: This is a great place to vacation! If you have ever visited our area, then you know why you must come back. If this is your first time, well, you are in for a treat. If you are looking for a place where the water is beautiful and the sand is soft, then you have found it, the beaches of South Walton. We are pretty laid back here, there are no fast food restaurants or amusement parks, they are close by, but not on 30-A.We pride ourselves on our bike paths, market shopping, and free concerts in the evenings where you bring the blankets and wine and relax. Once you have decided to come to our area, you will then love Blue Tide Condominiums. It is a small development of 18 units. This one is ground floor, and as you can see, the views are great! We do have a pool, if you choose not to take a swim in the Gulf.We would love to have you as our guest, so just call or email to check dates and we will respond back quickly.
