This unit has an open concept living room and dining room with great views of the ocean from the large balcony. The bedrooms are separated by the living area giving you more privacy. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom (Master w/ walk in shower, Guest w/ tub shower combo). Kitchen has all new appliances. (NOTE: Photo was taken before the updates were made). Gulfside has many amenities including a large beach side pool, on-site exercise room, tv room, library and on site free laundry facilities. Gulfside has a strict no pet policy and no smoking policy. This high class condo requires a 90 day minimum stay and a signed lease.You must be approved by the condo association and pass a background check before being able to lease the unit at least 2 months before check in date. Cost of the application process is $150 and will be refunded to you upon leasing of the unit.
