The en Suite has a separate sink area from the shower and two spacious closets. Guest bedroom one has a queeen size bed and guest bedroom two has twins and a lovely flamingo decor.The laundry room has new full size washer and dryer. There is also a utility closet with beach noodles, umbrella and small cooler. Beach chairs will be stored down stairs so you won’t have to lug them upstairs.Gulf Place is also close to shopping, the Beach Bistro and if waking is not part of your vacation, you can hop on the free Trolley or Monkey Bus (tips only) for a quick trip to your destination.Maximum occupancy (by Association) is six people. This includes babies and small children. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.On site amenities include a large swimming pool with plenty of chaise lounges and a tennis court for all ages and skill levels. There is an onsite manager that will help you register for a game.$150.00 application fee is required on all rentals.
