Beautiful view of the courtyard, deck, beach and pool. All new electronics and personal Wifi. Second floor perspective keeps privacy from being an issue. Side porch gives additional sunbathing or “reading” corner for quiet times. Corner access is easy for car and beach access. Furniture is both adult comfortable and kid friendly. Recently (December 2020) replaced the sofa and loveseat in the living area which now includes a sofa bed! Owner supplies: One Pack n Plays and One Fisher Price Booster chair.
