It’s in a popular Gulf front complex with a large heated pool, elevator and undercover parking. This complex is located adjacent to the Manatee Public Beach to provide added activities for the children as well as a lifeguard protected beach. It’s centrally located in Holmes Beach so you can easily explore all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. The very large pool area provides lots of room to sun bathe and also offers a very large covered area if you want to just relax in the shade with a book after a stroll on the beautiful beach. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch.This unit is immaculately kept and supplied with lots of extras! There is a 50″ flat screen television in the living room. The main bedroom has a 36″ television and the guest bedroom has a 21″ television for DVD use only. There is a stack washer and dryer in the unit.Beach chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon are in the storage room on the ground level.Gulfsands #201 will sleep six with a king size bed in the spacious main bedroom while the guest bedroom has twin bunk beds as well as a queen size bed. This is a premier Holmes Beach vacation rental.
