Simply enter your desired dates and click ‘Book Now!’Soak in the serene coastal beauty of Galveston at this superb family home, a Gulf-view retreat with a multi-level deck and patio, walking access to a beautiful beach, and fantastic resort-style amenities that include swimming pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center!This Gulf-facing home sits on the edge of a scenic lagoon and fountain in Pointe West, a highly desirable community on the west end of Galveston. You’ll be treated to nearby amenities that include a beach club, multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a gym, and a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong. The community’s private beach is just a short stroll away, as are wonderful trails and paths for birding (golf carts are available to rent).THINGS TO KNOWBeach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
