Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps to the sand! Gulfgate is located Ocean Front on Surf Drive. Come stay on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew’s State Park!Gulfgate 309 is bright and beachy, with breathtaking views and is just steps away from the sugar white sand! There is a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has an oversized Full size bed. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook and eat in the condo. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a wonderful view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset!Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! Gulfgate allows 2 pets per condo. Pets must be approved at the time of booking. Pets weighing 50lbs or under are allowed. Pet fee for small dogs is $150 Larger dogs are $200. The second dog is $50. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer! Close to restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius.
