Enjoy views of the all sports Gun Lake from this 1400 Sq feet, 3BR, 2 bath home. Bedroom #3/ additional family room is located on a lower level and has a Murphy bed, full bathroom and direct access to the back yard. Centrally located to major destinations: Gun Lake Casino, Yankee Springs, Saugatuck, South Haven, Holland, and Grand Rapids. Ski resorts less than 1/2 hour away. No Smoking and no pets allowed. Smoking will result in significant fines. Home is not a party space. We ask that you will be respectful to our neighbors. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.Additionally, as part of our House Rules, you are agreeing to our Liability Waiver when you book with us.Liability waiver:The safety of the Vrbo Guests on or around the water is the sole responsibility of the guests. You understand that being around the water, swimming and the use of kayaks is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from being around the water, swimming and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur.
