This unit is loved and used frequently by the family who owns it. That translates to well maintained and well stocked with all of the items you may need in the kitchen etc. You can see the front pool from the balcony and it overlooks some beautiful old oak trees.The furnishings are comfortable, both beds are top of the line and very comfortable. Both bedrooms have TV’s.Ocean Walk complex is in a great location, near the village, nice restaurants too. Two pools, tennis and stocked lake.Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.No glass or pets in pool areas.Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.Please be aware of all guests and residents and maintain the speed limit of 10 mph inside the property.
