Summary:Built in 1890. This beautifully restored and modernized 2 story home sleeps 14 guests with 9 beds & a twin blow up mattress, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths & a huge walk-in shower. There’s PS4 in the bunk bed room. Convenient store is across the street and we’re located just blocks from Hays Bridge, Alamo Beer and other local bars.The Space:The house has a full kitchen, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The cozy living areas will allow plenty of space to gather. The property is completely gated.Getting Around:You can fit up to 4 vehicles inside the gate. Street parking is also available.Other Things to Note:We have high speed wireless internet and Smart TVs. You’ll need to log into your favorite streaming services. We have exterior cameras and a home alarm system for your protection and ours. Children are welcome, although our home is not childproof.
