The surrounding neighborhood is a unique and highly desirable location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, steps to the family friendly Baby Beach, snorkeling and surf breaks. There is a large wrap around lanai with ocean views to enjoy morning coffee or happy hour drinks or just relaxing with a good book.At night the lanai has LED lighting enhances your outdoor enjoyment. Inside, the large living room, dining area and kitchen have been updated with wood floors, new appliances, plantation shutters and comfortable stylish furniture. A collection of contemporary art and Hawaiian textiles grace the walls and there is a large flat screen, smart TV. The two bedrooms, each with a king bed, have high quality organic cotton linens and plenty of storage.There is an additional shower outdoors to wash off sandy toes and salty skin. On the side yard there is a large patio with a gas barbeque, outdoor dining area and umbrellas to enjoy the ocean view. At night the patio is romantically lit with over head string lights. The cottage is air-conditioned and solar-powered.This property includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella.
