Hale Kona Kai 311 – Ocean and Lagoon ViewsHale Kona Kai will be undergoing spalling and pool repairs this summer. The pool and BBQ area will be closed for the month of July. We are offering unit 311 at a special summer rate with the understanding that guests will not have access to the pool/bbq during this time. There will be some level of noise during the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. It is unknown how disruptive that may be to unit 311, which is at the north end of the building with the lanai open to the north.This opens up a perfect opportunity for guests wishing to stay right in the heart of Kona at a discounted rate.
