But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- The property has landscaping performed on Tuesdays between the hours of 9am and 1pm.- This home features a plunge pool, that can be heated. But pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.- Please be aware that due to the La Jolla noise ordinance the hot tub is only able to be used between 4pm – 9pm.- Waterfall feature on the spa will not be available.- The backyard layout may look different from the photos listed.- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.Parking Details:The garage accommodates 1 car.2 cars will fit in the driveway.Limited street parking is also available. Do not park in the alleyway.This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
