You will also enjoy the community: Hampton Lakes is one of the most sought-after communities in the Disney area. It’s close to all attractions but still very quiet and very well-maintained. A walk, a run around the lakes and the streets or along the orange fields behind Hampton Lakes, you will enjoy the perfect setting of this subdivision.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
