Beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances would be any chef’s dream. Open living space with a welcoming fireplace, cathedral ceilings and three sliding doors lead to a backyard oasis. Backyard features resort-style living with lounge furniture, beautiful outdoor shower, gas fire-pit, outdoor heater and DCS Grill. The property is surrounded by green-zoned areas in front and back, and borders the Red Creek Hiking Trail. House is conveniently located just minutes from top Southampton restaurants, marina, and local shopping and a short drive to the many vineyards on the North Fork. Come live your best Hamptons life! Contact owner regarding pet policy and length of stay. Please note there are 3 outdoor cameras located on the property for safety – one at the front door, one facing the driveway. The cameras are on and video/audio recording 24/7. The pool is 9 feet deep in the deep end. Swim at own risk and children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Pool open approx mid May thru mid October; hot tub now open year-round.
