The condo features 1,180 square feet of spacious living area, with quality, tropically-themed furnishings throughout. This unit was renovated December 2014 with tile flooring throughout, new cabinets and granite in the kitchen and bathroom, and other luxury items. You will have many new amenities to look forward to!This unit is a lockoff style room. Similar to an adjoining hotel room with a double door. I have extra sound proofing material on both doors to keep the room nice and quiet. HBR charges a one time $50 check in fee plus $25 per night resort fee and $20 parking per night. This is paid directly to the front desk at check in.
