Enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Folly Beach. Located in the heart of Folly Beach, “Happiness Is” perfect to keep the cars parked, walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Live life like a island local and enjoy the comfortable and fresh accommodations this 4 bedroom oceanfront villa offers.There are 3 Queen beds and 1 King Bed (oceanfront master).Every bedroom comes equipped with flat screen tv, and enjoy high speed wifi.There are two elevators provided at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas and two oceanfront pools.The pools are open from April 1st to October 31st.Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.Folly Beach is the closest island to historic downtown Charleston. Typically just a 20 minute car ride to explore this unique and historic city.
