Park easily in your spot in the covered garage. On the beach side of Gulf Drive so you don’t even have to cross the street and you are toes-in-the-sand in minutes! Our porch looks out to trees on the side of the building, walk down and take a short well-manicured path to beach. Well-maintained Heated pool and tennis courts. Close to stores (like Publix), restaurants (like The Sandbar, Blue Marlin, The Waterfront, The Beach House, our faves!) and minutes to walk to *FREE* trolley stop (runs until 10p!). Enjoy 3 Flat screen TVS — 1 per bedroom and 1 in living room, all with Cable. Free WiFi. Fresh new furnishings and bedding!
