Happy Cape 10 – located in the Southwest of Cape CoralThis villa is in the southwest of Cape Coral. It is the newest part of the city, with mostly new houses in that area.There are 3 bedrooms (1 x king size and 2 x queen size) in the villa. A sofa bed can also be used in the office. Please book this villa only if you do not need 4 full bedrooms.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. At the kitchen bar you can also enjoy breakfast or a snack.The spacious living area and comfortable sofas invite you to watch TV together. A CD player and DVD player are also available.From the dining area you can access the beautiful covered terrace area with 6 seating areas. Plan an extensive BBQ with friends, on the gas grill which invites you to grill delicious steaks and enjoy the view and the pool. The pool is heated and offers sun loungers, where you can relax with a cool drink and forget about everyday life.You can rent a boat to this villa, even if it does not have a boat slip. We have slips in the Yacht Club area and in the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you have rented and put it back there on the lift in the evening.On site you will be looked after by our property management.Pets are not allowed.Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
