Please book accordingly.Walking in on the main floor, the living area has an open floor plan with a fully furnished Kitchen, Dining area and large Living room. The Living room has a gas burning fireplace and large windows facing toward the lake. The Dining area has large patio doors that lead out onto the spacious front porch where there is a large table for outdoor dining along with a gas grill.There is a half bath along with a laundry room just off of the living area on the main floor.The Master suite is on the main floor as well. This room is very spacious with a King size bed, Roku TV, and huge master bathroom. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink with plenty of vanity space.The additional four bedrooms are located on the second floor with two of the bedrooms having King size beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with two Twin beds. There are 2 full baths on the second floor both with tub/showers and double sinks. The second floor also has an outside entry to the back deck where you can enjoy the quiet of the back yard and observe wildlife.Happy Daze has 20′ of private lakefront and beach area with a permanent dock and a small deck with outdoor dining. The lakefront is located just across the quiet street from the home and is accessed by a flight of stairs to the deck/outdoor dining area.
