Built-in fire pit, gas grill, games for kids, bikes, hot tub, and two living areas.Short 5-10 minute walk to the tram/stair access point. We currently have a beach in spite of the high water levels! Tram and stairs to the beach. Watch sunsets from the top of the bluff, which is just a short walk west of the property. High-speed internet and cable, DVD player, and movies. The patio in the backyard is shaded and private in the summer. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located between Saugatuck and South Haven.
