Sit on one of the 2 HUGE decks and soak up the sun then return to watch the sun sink into the ocean. The decks are perfect for sunbathing or star gazing. This will be your happy place!Inside you will find a reverse floor plan with many custom appointments and built-ins. The center point of the home is a large center island with enough seating for 6 and beautiful granite kitchen with white coastal cabinets. Top of the line appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen await. To the right is a beautiful living room with marble fireplace and walls of windows overlooking the ocean. To the left is a dining room, card and game area with built in cabinets and lots of space. All rooms open onto a huge half moon deck overlooking South Beach with unobstructed views.Downstairs, you will find 4 large bedrooms, and 2nd living area and a wrap around covered porch. The Master suite will spoil you and features a built in Queen bed with storage underneath, custom built in closet, and huge master bath with glass walk in shower and tile. The other 2 guest rooms feature a Queen Bed and a Double Bed. And the kids room has a built in bunk bed, desk and play area. The living room offers a cozy sofa, 2 chairs and large flat screen TV. Across the hall is also a wine bar with built in mini fridge.The garage offers lots of storage with one four passenger golf cart and one six passenger, boogie boards and beach chairs. There is a BHI golf access Club available, and a Shoals Club available at an extra fee.6 Passenger and 4 passenger golf cart included.We do not advertise bikes, as we do not maintain the bikes, we recommend renting them from Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge.
