Description
From our family to yours….we’ve gone to great lengths to ensure this will be a fun-filled comfortable vacation for your friends and family. You will not regret your decision to book Happy Place once you enjoy watching breathtaking sunrises over the Clearwater bridge through the panoramic window views and sunsets from the well appointed patio. Our home boasts a roomy 1800+sf with 3 elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with their own smart streaming TV’s and DVD players, and 2 whimsical bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in beds, including two roll aways and a porta-crib for a little one. Our well appointed kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare a gourmet dinner or prepare a wholesome holiday meal. Wifi is accessible throughout and on the patio. We are easily accessible on the 2nd floor, just above the covered parking garage, with direct access via the stairwell on the south side of the building or elevator in the lobby. From the patio and the family room, you will enjoy amazing views of the intracoastal waterway where you’ll see dolphins swimming, schools of fish and the occasional manatee. The pool is also just a hop, skip and a jump away from the patio which also houses a gas grill for your grilling pleasure. We do supply some sundries to get you started including; 2 extra rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 3 dishwashing pods, 3 washing machine pods and soap filled soap dispensers in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and some complimentary coffee to get you started your first morning in paradise. 🙂 There is also a hair dryer in each bathroom, plenty of bath towels, extra pillows and blankets in each closet and an iron and ironing board in master bedroom closet. Beach toys, cart, coolers, floats and beach tent are also provided for your beach days.
