During the warmer months, head out to the adjacent upper balcony where you can take in the magical waterfront views and enjoy a meal al fresco. This is an ideal place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine as you plan for or reflect on your day.The lower level offers a second living room, perfect for when you just can’t agree on what to watch. The formal dining area opens to the lower patio complete with a propane grill and outdoor seating. This level also has a queen bedroom (note, there is no door) and a full bathroom.This property also comes with the use of a boat slip just out front.
