Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.This listing is for the second floor ONLY of the Bluffs House. The 1st floor is also rented. Inquire directly to rent both. This unit boasts of two spacious queen size bedrooms, separate living area with full size sleeper sofa, as well as a custom tiled private bathroom. Modern kitchen featuring a retro fridge, microwave, Nepresso maker, blender and complimentary bottle of wine and water (no oven, outdoor grill available seasonally). The kitchen has seating for up to 4, and private deck overlooking the water.
