You have assigned parking, and access to the units is via secured entry.You are centrally located to all kinds of restaurants and shops as well as two blocks from the white powdery sand of the beach. Just a 15 minute walk to Pier 60 and the Marina. Come and enjoy!Pool is heated November through March.HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes.
