Second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and third bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway that the other two bedrooms share.This unit was recently completely remodeled with high-end everything including furniture, appliances, AC and heating systems, smart TVs in each room, patio furniture for guests to enjoy on the large balcony, and so much more!Harborview Grande is a newer condominium with elevator access, a heated pool and hot tub, and is just steps away from South Clearwater Beach. This property is located facing the canal/on the Intercoastal and is only a 3 minute walk to the sand. This pedestrian-friendly beach community offers everything from beach combing to water sports to food and live music.Fun-loving Clearwater Beach, often referred to as the “Best Beach Town in Florida,” is where sun-seekers come to stay and play.
