Big Southern Charm – Gorgeous Sunsets – Harbour Key RetreatThis Harbour Key property sits amongst a natural sanctuary of birds, lagoons, and tidal waters. A peaceful retreat with warm coastal décor, big tidal views, and breathtaking sunsets via separate balconies that span the width of the house.Fully equipped kitchen. Charcoal Grill, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, hairdryer, bed/bath linens and a variety of housekeeping items. Kitchen balcony has barstool chairs and 2 built in tables.3 BR’s that sleep 6; 2 queens and 2 extra-long twin beds. There are 2.5 baths. Central A/C plus ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. You can access Harbor Island amenities. Drive over to the private beach, fitness room and pool. Enjoy pickle-ball, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Separate golf chipping/pitching area outside play courts.The Harbor Island pool is open April 1- November 1.No pets and no smoking please.Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.** Please note there is enough parking for up to 3 vehicles at this property.**Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
