On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a full size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as the kitchen, den and dining room. Plenty of room for everyone!The next level has a king master bedroom with en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The remaining guest room has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.Harbour Oaks provides one covered parking space with extra spaces for additional cars.The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, St. Simons Lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Just outside the gates, you will find the local park on Mallery Street featuring tennis & pickleball courts, dog park, baseball fields and playground.Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room.
