Unit 6616 is located on the 6th floor and has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal waterway, with a view of the Gulf, where you can watch the boats go by and the dolphins play. There is a fully stocked kitchen that includes a washer/dryer which makes for that perfect place to bring the whole family.For an additional fee of $30 per stay, you can rent the use of a beach cart, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and various beach toys, which are located in the exterior closet. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes.Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod.
