The Harper Place studio apartment is located on the grounds of the Historic Harper House that was built in 1913 and is located in Port Ybor which is a small historic working class community that is a few short minutes to Downtown Tampa, Historic Ybor, Cruise Port, Amalie, and much more. The Historic Harper House was the original home to José Escalante of José Escalante Cigar Company. The restored cigar factory is directly across the street from the home. A small newly remodeled studio with full sized bed, 1 bathroom, stand up shower, mini fridge, microwave, no tv, wifi provided. Explore the city with rental scooters, waterfront park 2 blocks from the studio apartment , historic cigar buildings , nightlife, breweries, and much more! Welcome to Tampa and Historic Ybor!The property is fenced in and is extremely private with neighbor houses on both sides. We seek quiet travelers for the studio. The main house and main house grounds are off limits to guests. We are local vintage and architectural store owners and love to reuse and repurpose. We hope you enjoy!
