This end of row 2-storey 5 bedroom home with 2 master bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is large enough to sleep 12 guests comfortably. It is ideally located a short walk from the Clubhouse and communal pool.Guests can enjoy a peaceful vacation in luxury as this town house features a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and a Roku 70inch flat screen TV. It has a spacious dining table which can seat 6 people. If you want to grab a quick bite to eat, you have the option of eating at the kitchen bar where there is enough space to seat 4 people. The large modern kitchen is well-equipped for your use with a Keurig combo Pot and a single serve coffee maker, along with plenty of dishes and glasses. There is plastic ware for outside use by the pool. There is also a washer and dryer for your use in this lovely self-catering property. With modern technology and a fast WiFi internet connection, you will feel right at home here, as all the TVs are connected to the internet ready for your streaming accounts like Netflix/Hulu/Disney, etc. There is also a Pack and Play and a Stroller for your little one should you require it. Please note we do not supply the bed linen for the Pack and Play. All other linens and towels are supplied.Guests can relax and lounge outside on the screened patio, dipping in your own pool. With 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table by the pool and a view overlooking the lake, relaxation is the key word. Pool towels are supplied for your use. Guests are allowed to bring their own family-oriented DVD’s to the movie theatre for viewing, if there is no other movie playing.The pool area is something that words are hard to describe – you just have to see and experience it for yourself! There are 2 Jacuzzi spas (one is in grotto that has a cascading waterfall and the other is for those who want exposure to the sun). The depth of the gigantic lagoon-style swimming pool ranges from 3′ to 5′ and is accessible for physically handicapped people. There is a separate kiddie pool for the younger children and a very large lounge area.
