This spacious 3,500 sq. ft. home, only steps away from the South Holston River is located at the end of a dead-end road with public lands on three sides and only a short-walk to 540 feet of private river frontage, the Hatch is a large, comfortable home in a private setting. The Hatch comprises three floors with five bedrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, and 2 1/2 baths. Fantastic trout fishing on our private river frontage or on TVA public lands offering anglers over 1.5 miles of accessible wade fishing. Or, enjoy a walk on over five miles of well-maintained river trails right out your door. Enter the home through the basement’s private front entrance or follow the beautiful natural stone walkway to the large 16′ x 25′ deck and 2nd floor back private entrance. Both of the Hatch’s kitchens are well appointed including complimentary coffee and filters. If you prefer to cook outside, propane grill, and grilling utensils can be found off the back deck. Enjoy sitting inside by the Gas log fireplace or outside by the fire pit. Complimentary items include coffee/filters for drip-coffee maker, 2 milk-crates of seasoned firewood/kindling, and free hi-speed 100mb fiber Wifi along with expanded basic cable TV.
