All new flooring throughout the common areas compliment the wood walls. The kitchen has new retro style appliances, quartz counters and mosaic backsplash that retain the character of the house. There is a laundry room just beyond the kitchen.To the front and back of common living areas are the two bedroom suites. You choose which one is your master suite! They both have the same character of the rest of the house with its rustic charm. Each bedroom, with queen bed, also has a bath attached with walk-in showers.Havana Lane, the street itself, hearkens back to a time when cigar makers lived in the neighborhood, gathering on porch stoops to pass on the latest news.
