Spend your days lounging in the sun by the pool or playing in the surf, and explore the area’s wide range of restaurants, shops, and attractions to make the most of your stay.As you enter the home from either the expansive front patio or through the covered entrance from the ground-floor foyer, you step into the first-floor living room at Havana’s Moon, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. With an elevator to make moving between floors easy, Havana’s Moon is designed to cater to all your needs.Havana’s Moon boasts five beautifully decorated bedrooms and five full bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, is located on the first level of the home and features a private balcony, and an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms on the first level, including the bunk room, which offers two bunk beds. One bunk bed is a twin over twin, and the other is a twin over full. The third bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed and direct access to the expansive patio with views of the pool and ocean.As you venture up to the top floor of this reverse floorplan home, you will be greeted with an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. The fourth bedroom, located near the kitchen on the top level of the home, features a king-sized bed and a private balcony. The fifth bedroom, located near the living room, offers a queen-sized bed. Open to the kitchen and living room, the dining area has ample space for your whole group to gather and enjoy a meal together, with extra bar seating available at the island. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful white quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.Step outside to the beautiful outdoor area that is perfect for enjoying the North Carolina sunshine. The pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day, while the nearby patio area features plenty of comfortable seating for dining, lounging, and socializing. Head up to the viewing deck on the very top floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, for even more breathtaking views of the intercoastal. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 – Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 – March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*In the peak season (Memorial Day – Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.**In the off-season (Labor Day – Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
