Best Value on the area.The studio has it’s own private outside area, with an outside dining set up, bbq grill, a charming living area and outside shower, all very private and surrounded by a nice landscaping. This outside area it’s really a plus that makes this studio the best value on the North shore.The property is gated so we will provide the gate code, and the unit door lock code too.Only the laundry room and parking area are shared with other 2 rental units. Wainea Falls and rain forest is about two miles down the street. The neighborhood boots tremendous hikes, historical sites, waterfalls, botanical gardens, and, of course, a few of the most famous surf beaches on earth. Pearl Harbor is about 20 miles away, the airport 25, and Waikiki 30.The nearly beach.
