There is a central air conditioning unit that cools the entire condo.The Condo is completely turnkey with kitchenware, bath towels beach towels, linens and has a full-size laundry machine. The pool and hot tub are located on the ocean side of the complex and include dining and barbeque areas for you to use. The property has a Koi Pond, and this condo is just perfect for viewing the Koi as they meander through the pond.
