Treat our home as if it was yours.- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.- No smoking in the house- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated- Respect the neighbors- ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING
