It’s a fabulous upgrade..Also have an in unit washer dryer comboThis is a privately owned condo–our only condo– it’s not just a rental property!The huge living room has a gas fireplace, new queen sofa/sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 50′ TV and DVD player.The dining area has a table that seats 6.The master BR has a queen-size bed and headboard along with a flat screen TV..The second BR also has a Queen size bed..Mattresses in both bedrooms were new in 2023The main bathroom has a huge walk in shower.The master bedroom bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi bath tub and shower.There is a huge hot tub approx. 30 yards from our front door. There is also a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa that serves the upper village condo’s–its a short walk down the path right behind our condo. This pool/hot tub complex is fantastic and reserved for condo owners in the immediate area–keycard required for entry.The Upper Village pool and Hot tub is Open and is available toOur guests without reservationsCovered parking keeps the car protected from the snow— there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit–you don’t have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex!We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back ‘home’.We have Xfinity High Speed internet access for all to use.We are located directly across the street from 4 O’Clock Run – ski in for lunch or at the end of the day…and we are a very short walk to Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9…its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day.If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 100 yards from our front door. The shuttle is a local favorite and gets you anywhere on the mountain quickly. There is an app that shows exactly when the next shuttle will arrive–they run every 15 minutes.
