Included is a stainless Professional Series Frigidaire refrigerator with ice-maker and full size Frigidaire stacked washer/dryer located next to the kitchen off one of two master bedrooms.There are two master king bedrooms both with new beautiful King mattresses, remote operated ceiling fans, plenty of closet space and large wall-mounted LG Smart TV’ s including YouTube TV with private WiFi throughout the condo. The bathroom has been updated with a granite countertop, tile floor and a large step-in newly tiled shower with massage optional shower-head. The living room is on the smaller side but there is plenty of comfortable seating and the bed opens up into a queen. If the bed is open, you don’t have much space in which to navigate the living room. Best to keep it folded down.Professionally cleaned hotel linens & towels. Plenty of cookware so all you need is a toothbrush and your clothes.Walk to many restaurants, shops, entertainment and nightlife or step into an open air golf cart ride from one of many offered on the key.Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles. Oversized vehicles are not allowed including RVs.One small pet up to 30 pounds considered with a pet fee. You must request this separately so we can send you the pet friendly lease . No pets are allowed in the pool area. Sarasota is a pet friendly place however pets are not allowed on Siesta Key beaches. You’ll have to go to Venice about 20 minutes away for a dog beach.
