Newly renovated (completed 10/2019)!*Due to Hurricane Florence (in September 2018) we were unable to rent during the time frame of October 2018 to October 2019.Located at 21 N. Front St. (Unit 2B2) in Wilmington, NC 28401Come visit and stay in the middle of everything that is Downtown Wilmington. Dining, shopping, concert venues and nightlife are literally outside your window and front door. One block from the Riverwalk that runs along the majestic Cape Fear river.Sleeps two (adults) comfortably (pull out bed in living room can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children). Sheets, towels, Firestick and high speed WiFi included. Private entrance to the 2nd floor.Kitchen boasts all stainless appliances, ice maker in freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cherry cabinets, fully stocked kitchen (hardware and utensils only; no food or perishables included) with all necessary items to stay in and cook if so desired.There is also a balcony/fire escape outside the bedroom that overlooks Front Street. A great place to start the day and soak in that first morning cup of coffee.Parking deck is conveniently located across the street with daily, weekend and long term parking rate options. There is street metered parking as well.
