Every home in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Folly Beach. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and if in violation, guest will incur fine of $2,500. Retreats on Hudson – Coral is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.AccessEach of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.InteractionUpon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes.
