The neighborhood is filled with single family homes on 1/2 acre to 1 acre lots. Mature landscaping with flood irrigation has our neighborhood filled with more green and shade than most others. In our neighborhood, we can enjoy the Sun of the Desert with mature tall green trees!Park in our driveway with up to 2 vehicles. We do not have covered parking. Street parking is allowed. Short drive to Sky harbor International Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, and Arcadia!
