Bring the whole family, this home is dog friendly.This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 10 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.CDC-compliant cleaning & no-contact check-in.The layout of the bedrooms of this home:Master Bedroom: 1 king & sofa sleeper (futon)Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the right has 2 queen bedsBedroom 3: The first bedroom on the right has 2 full bedsBedroom 4: The first bedroom on the left has 2 twin beds, French doors that open to the deck, and an attached bathroomThere is room for a maximum of 5 cars, 3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway.Centrally located just one mile to Heavenly or El Dorado Beach. Or take in a relaxing walk during the summer or the challenge of disc golf or the skate park. Every activity Tahoe has to offer is just a walk, ride, or short drive away. This home designed for gracious Tahoe living.Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).This home does not have air conditioning.For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.Please note: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us.
