Minutes to Heavenly Valley ski lifts!Beautiful home elegantly furnished. Rebuilt in 2009, home has great room on the upper level with open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and wood burning fireplace. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, Limestone baths, WIFI, and upgrade cablevision. Great room leads to a large deck with gas BBQ, great views, and two sets of tables and chairs for outside dining. Gas log firepit (ceramic logs) in lower patio area for summer campfires.For your entertainment there is large Smart TV, Yamaha surround sound system and a pool table. Panoramic mountain views from the greatroom and adjoining large deck. Lower level has three bedrooms with two masters and a third bedroom with bunk beds (queen on bottom, full-size on upper). Ideal for two to three couples or one or two couples with children. Separate Laundry room with full size W/D. On the ground level, there is a large patio area with a gas fueled firepit, eight chairs, and a Picnic table for any meal. Located off the main road, the home is in a private location with great views of Heavenly Valley slopes. However it is less than five minutes to either Boulder or Stagecoach ski lodges. There is a kid’s ski school at Boulder Lodge. There are children’s plastic sleds and room to use them on the property depending on snowfall.The Casinos, movie theaters, elegant dining, shopping, grocery stores and golf are all within 5 to 10 minutes away. A small market, restaurant, and the world famous Charthouse are just 3 minutes away. Lots of off street parking and a single car garage. Boat launching, several of Tahoe’s best public beaches, horseback riding stables, summer music concerts, and world famous Edgewood golf course are just minutes away.
